| Abstract: | Datong City is one of the large and middle scale cities being severely deficient in water resources in our country.The management system has become the key restricting sustainable utilization of water resources.This paper analyzes the present situation,the existing problems of system reform of integrative management on water affairs and necessity of deepening reform,and discusses the main point and development direction of water affair reform. |
