摘    要:分析了现用离心式灌注泵难以解决泥浆泄漏的原因,指出了泵轴旋转中心线与轴封内孔中心线不重合和泥浆内含有磨砺性固相硬颗粒是引起径向接触式软填料密封失效的主要原因。解决上述问题的方法可以采用浮动密封。进一步提出了轴封不接触泥浆灌注泵的设计思想。

Abstract:The article analyzed reason that current centrifugal liquid charge pump solve the difficulty of mud leaking, then it points out that the main failure of pump seal is caused by the disalignment of pump shaft rotating centerline with the centerline of shaft inner bore centerline and abrasive grain. The solution for above problems is the adoption of floating seal. The article further poses design thoughts of liquid charge pump which have not shaft seal contact.
