NX环境下齿轮轴的模态分析

摘    要:针对齿轮轴的结构特点,运用有限元方法建立了齿轮轴的有限元模型,并进行了模态分析,给出了齿轮轴的前10阶的固有频率和振型,对其频率和位移响应态进行了分析,指出了最大位移变形发生的部位,对齿轮轴的优化设计提出了建议与改进措施.

Abstract:According to the structure of gear shaft,the finite element model of gear shaftwas established by means of FE method,and the modal analysis is carried.The first 10 natural frequencies and mode shapes of housing were given and explained.It gives the parts of the largest displacement,and the advices and improvement measures for optimal design of gear shaft.
