摘    要:研究了带有有限长裂纹的导电薄板在垂直于裂纹的方向上通入直流电流时,裂纹的止裂问题。在满足电磁量边界条件的情况下,根据导电体的麦克斯威尔方程,得到裂纹尖端附近附近焦耳热源功率的表达式。通过热传导方程的求解,推得尖端区域的温度场和应力场的计算式,并给出算例分析。从而表明在电流所产生的焦耳热源的作用下,裂尖处的温度将升高,并伴随着产生的压应力,可达到阻止裂纹扩展的目的。

Abstract:The crack arresting problem in a thin current carrying plate was studied for the situation of providing a DC current perpendicularly toward the crack direction. When the boundary conditions of electromagnetic quantities are satisfied, according to Maxwell field equation the expression for Joule heat resource power can be obtained. Making solution for heat conduct equation, the calculating formulas for the temperature field and stress field around crack tips are provided and a calculated sample is given too. Thus, it shows that attributing to the Joule heat source provided by the electric current, the temperature around crack tips will grows up and with the joint action of the compressive stresses the crack arresting could be expected at last.
