摘    要:研究了以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料、固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO2/La^3+为催化剂合成增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯。合成柠檬酸三丁酯的最佳条件为:醇酸物质的量比为1:3.6.催化剂固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO3/La^3+用量为0.6%(质量分数),适宜的反应时间为2.0h,酯化反应收率达93.1%。

Abstract:Tributyl citrate was synthesized from citric acid and n-butanol using solid superacid SO4^2/TiO2/ La^3+ as catalyst. The results show that the optimum conditions of esterification are as follows: the molar ratio of n-butanol to citric acid was 3.6, usage of catalyst was 0.6%(wt%), reaction time was 2.0h. And the esterification yeild was 93.1%.
