摘    要:提出了利用CAXA软件,以图解法简化求得斜齿轮量球测量距。首先,通过齿轮基本公式,求出图解斜齿轮量球测量距M所需的基本参数;然后,运用CAXA渐开线模块绘制斜齿轮端面齿廓,再图解求得斜齿轮量球测量距;最后,通过实例具体介绍了求得量球测量距的步骤、方法和技巧,并将实例用图解法与公式计算法求得的结果进行对比,说明用CAXA软件图解求得的结果误差极小。此方法不需查渐开线函数表或用迭代方法计算,具有思路清晰、直观简明、快捷和不易出错等特点。

Abstract:This paper presented the simplified way of obtaining ball distance of the bevel wheel measuring by CAXA graphic method. First of all, obtained all the basic parameters used to calculate the M of the measuring ball distance of the bevel wheel by graphic method using fundamental formula, and then drew the transverse tooth profile by CAXA involute module, finally, obtained ball distance of the bevel wheel measuring by graphic method. It specifically introduced the steps, method and skiI1 of obtaining bail distance measuring by example and compared the result that concluding by graphic method and formula computing method, which explained that the error of the results that got by graphic method were tiny, this method do not need to look into the involutes function table or iteration calculating method. It has the characteristics of distinct thinking, simple and audio-visual, shortcut, difficult to wrong and so on.
