摘    要:应用计算流体动力学的商用软件之一Numeca,采用准确可靠的数值计算方法对某型离心通风机不同工况下的流场做了整机三维数值模拟,并分析了内泄漏损失、蜗壳内及蜗舌处的漩涡分布。不仅减少了昂贵的试验费用,同时也避免了测试仪器对内流场扰动的影响。

The Analysis of the Internal Leakage and Eddy Losses in the Centrifugal Fan Simulation
Abstract:In this paper, the 3-D numerical .simulation on the flow field of some type centrifugal fan is carried out under different operations by applying one of the commercial software Numeca of Computational Fluid Dynamics and adopting accurate and reliable numerical computation method. And the internal leakage losses and the vortex distribution with the volute tongue department are also analyzed. It can not only reduce the cost of expensive test study, but also avoid the internal disturbances from test instrument.
