三四线城市地下空间规划研究

开发城市地下空间已逐渐成为我国大城市的发展趋势,为了有效指导地下空间的开发建设,一些城市的地下空间规划编制工作也在逐步开展。目前国内三四线城市的地下空间开发利用起步相对较晚,尚缺乏规划基础。笔者基于对三四线城市地下空间开发利用的特点分析,探讨了此类城市在总体规划层面下地下空间规划的内容选择、规划思路及深度要求,并结合宜宾市地下空间开发利用专项规划,提供了资源评估、规模分析、总体布局、分区引导、重要节点规划等方面的具体实例,以期为国内三四线城市地下空间的规划编制和开发利用提供思路与借鉴。

Research on Underground Space Planning of Third-tier/fourth-tier Cities

Development of urban underground space has become the trend in big cities of China, in order to guide the development and construction of underground space effectively,the underground space planning work in some cities has been gradually carried out. The current development and utilization of underground space in third-tier/fourth-tier cities started relatively late,and still lacked research on it. Based on the feature analysis of underground space development in third-tier/fourth-tier cities, this article mainly discusses the contents,framework and depth of underground space planning on master planning phase in cities of this type. Taking Yibin as an example,this article provides specific examples on resource evaluation,scale analysis, planning structure and so on. By doing this, this article provides reference for planning formulation of underground space in third-tier/fourth-tier cities.
