高效液相色谱法测定废水中5种酚类优先控制污染物

摘    要:建立了以液液萃取协同C18固相萃取柱除杂和高效液相色谱法,测定工业废水中5种酚类优先控制污染物的方法。色谱分析条件为:乙腈-1%乙酸溶液、纯水-1%乙酸溶液作为流动相(V/V,55∶45)进行等度洗脱,柱温35℃,进样量10.0μL,流速1.2 mL/min,检测波长285 nm。以5种物质峰面积对浓度进行线性回归的相关系数均大于0.9997,最低检出限为0.12~0.36μg/L,加标回收率为82%~97%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~3.6%。该方法重现性好、灵敏度高、操作简便,对成分复杂的工业废水中5种酚类物质的分析效果较好。

Abstract:A method was investigated for the determination of 5 kinds of phenolic priority control pollutants in industrial wastewater by liquid.liquid extraction/concerted C18 solid phase extraction / HPLC. Conditions for HPLC analysis were: V(acetonitrile-1% acetic acid solution):V(pure water-1% acetic acid solution)=55:45 as the mobile phase, the column temperature 35 ℃, elution volume 10.0 μL, flow rate 1.2 mL/min, UV-detector(285 nm). Linear correlation coefficient (r) was over 0.9997. The limits of detection were between 0.12 and 0.36 μg/L. The recoveries were between 82 % and 97 %. The repeatability expressed as relative standard deviation was between 2.2 % and 3.6 %. The developed method is selective, sensitive, simple, and applicable for the determination of Phenolic compounds in the complicated composition industrial wastewater.
