油田钻井废弃泥浆随钻处理技术研究

摘    要:针对当前油气田废弃泥浆处理方法存在的隐患,提出了钻井废弃泥浆随钻处理技术,该技术采用撬装式设备对钻井时产生的废弃泥浆进行同步收集和处理,废弃泥浆经化学脱稳、絮凝处理后,采用机械手段进行固液分离,实现了钻井废弃泥浆随钻即时处理。随钻处理的钻井废水低于《国家污水综合排放标准》GB 8978-1996二级标准限值,废水、废浆均可循环回用,固态泥饼量较处理前大大减少,有效减小了钻井废物的环境污染隐患,实现了废弃钻井泥浆资源化、减量化和井场的清洁生产。

Abstract:A new technology of disposing drilling waste was put forward due to drawbacks of the existing methods in oil and gas field. Prizing type equipment was used in this technology. It was used to synchronous gather and deal with the waste drilling mud. Solids are separated from liquids after a process of chemical destabilization and coagulation treatment by mechanical means. It realized waste drilling mud real-time processing. Drilling processing waste water was lower than the second standard of "National Comprehensive Standards on Waste Water Emission" GB 8978-1996. Wastewater and waste pulp all could recycle cycle, the quantity of solid mud cake was reduce tremendously. Environmental hidden trouble decreased effectively. The purpose of reclamation and minimization of waste drilling mud and clean production were realized.
