| 摘 要： | 文章针对顺丁橡胶生产的工艺特点,分析研究成品装置碳六油泵的密封泄漏情况及原因,并通过改变该生产单元工艺控制方式,对机械密封的部分零部件进行升级改造,从而解决了该泵机械密封的泄漏问题,消除了安全隐患。

| Abstract: | In the paper, according to the technical characteristics of butadiene rubber production, analysis and study of seal leakage causes a finished device carbon six pump, through the change of the production unit process control method, and to upgrade parts of mechanical seal, which solves the pump mechanical seal leakage problem, eliminate the potential safety hazard. |
