浅谈炼厂中心化验室的防爆设计

炼厂中心化验室所接触到的化学危险品种类数量繁多,易燃易爆药品所占比例大,故防爆设计在中心化验室的整个设计地位举足轻重,关系着全厂日常工作的顺利进行。文章从建筑防爆、通风防爆、管道防爆等几个方面阐述了炼厂中心化验室防爆设计要点,并指出了目前设计中存在标准规范落伍、防爆产品有限的情况。随着标准的完善和设计的规范化,未来炼厂中心化验室的设计必将朝着标准化、模块化的方向发展。

Brief Introduction of Refinery Central Laboratory with Request of Explosion Protection

The Refinery central laboratory involves a lot kinds of chemical hazards with flammable and explosive drugs which of large proportion. So the proof designs throughout the design of a pivotal position in the Refinery central laboratory. In the paper, several aspects of building explosion, explosion-proof ventilation, and plumbing have been elaborated about the design of refinery central laboratory, and pointed out that some current standards have been outdated; At the same time there is not enough explosion-proof products which limited the design. Also, with the standard improvement and standardization of the design, the design of the future refinery central laboratory must be towards standardized, modular direction.
