聚天冬氨酸合成工艺研究

摘    要:聚天冬氨酸是氨基酸的一种聚合物,它的生物可降解性好,是一种环境友好型产品,被广泛应用于工业水处理、表面活性剂、日用化学品等领域。在单因素实验的基础上,采用均匀设计法对影响反应收率的原料配比、反应温度和反应时间进行了研究,建立了回归方程数学模型。结果表明,回归模型很好地反映了各因素水平与响应值之间的关系,最佳制备工艺条件为:n(顺丁烯二酸)∶n(尿素)=1∶1,反应时间2.3h,反应温度92℃,产品得率达86.51%。并通过红外吸收谱图对产品进行了表征。

Abstract:Poly aspartic acid is biodegradable and environmental friendly amino acid polymer and is widely applied in the field of industrial water treatment, surface active agent, and daily chemicals and so on. Based on the single factor experiment, the uniform design method is used to study the effects of molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and time on the reaction yield. The regression equation of mathematical model was established. The results show that the relationship between every material level and response value was well illustrated by the regression model. At the same time, the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: n (maleic acid): n (urea) = 1 : 1, reaction time 2.3 h, reaction temperature 92 ℃, respectively. Under the best conditions, the product yield is up to 86.51%. Furthermore, this product has been characterized by FT-IR analysis.
