摘    要:对波致塑化和高剪切微磨塑化的基本原理进行了探讨,将超声波、振动和高剪切微磨引入到聚合物的塑化过程中,构建了新型熔融塑化模型,并根据塑化原理设计了多功能流变性能测试装置。对聚合物流变性能的测试结果表明:一定频率的超声波对聚烯烃的结晶起着积极的作用,聚合物的塑化效果良好。

Abstract:The basic principle of plastification by ultrasonic wave and high shear tiny muller was studied, and ultrasonic wave, vibration and high shear tiny muller were introduced into the area of polymer plastification A novel melting plastification model was constructed and a multifunctional rheometer was designed based on the principle of plastification The results of the determination of the rheological property of polymer showed ultrasonic waves of certain frequencies had good effects on the crystallization of polyolefin, resulted in good plastification of polymer
