摘    要:介绍了工业锅炉汽包水位检测系统和供水系统的构成,分析了主蒸气负荷突变产生的“虚假水位”和给水压力波动对汽包水位调节的影响,通过对和利时DCS控制系统软件组态,并进行特性的试验,优化了参数,完善了控制,消除了影响,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Present the composition of the water level detecting system and water supply system of the industrial boiler drum, and analyze the "fake water level" resulted from load mutation of main steam, and influences on the water level regulation of the drum by feedwater pressure fluctuation. Through testing the software configuration characteristics of Hollysys DCS control system, optimize parameters, perfect control, and eliminate influences. It has achieved good results.
