| 摘 要： | 在新建本科院校发展过程中普遍存在教师发展能力不足问题。解决问题的关键在于通过设立"教师发展中心",开展有组织、有针对性、专业化、系统化的培训和激励。目的是帮助教师更快更好地胜任角色,并使其职业生涯得到全面、健康的发展。"教师发展中心"可承担教师职业发展规划、技能提升培训与咨询、教师素质测评和教学服务四项功能。

| Abstract: | Teachers in newly - built universities are commonly incapable in their professional development. The key to solve this problem is to establish a center for faculty development, by which teachers can rapidly be qualified through organized, purposeful, specialized and systematic training and motivation. Functions of the center for faculty development include career development planning, skill training and consultation, quality evaluation and teaching service. |
