复合捕收剂浮选原生金红石矿的研究

摘    要:采用苯乙烯膦酸与脂肪醇组成的复合捕收剂取代苄基胂酸在弱酸性条件下浮选原生金红石矿取得了成功,该复合捕收剂无毒,价格低于苄基胂酸,效果优于苄基胂酸。通过改进的哈利蒙德管浮选试验、吸附量测定试验、捕收剂溶液表面张力和金红石表面接触角的测量以及x射线光电子能谱测试(XPS).详细研究了复合捕收剂的作用机理。试验结果表明,苯乙烯膦酸在金红石表面发生了化学吸附,脂肪醇与苯乙烯膦酸相互联结,其疏水基指向水相,从而增强了金红石表面的疏水性,提高了浮选效果。

Abstract:From experimental investigations a compositc collector consisting of sty-ryl phosphonic acid(SPA)and an aliphatic alcohol was found to be an eff-icient and selective flotation collector for a hard-rock rutile,The composite collector was cheaper and more effective than benzyl arsenic acid(BAA),and non-toxic,It could be used as a substitute for BAA in rutile mills.By means of microflotation and mesurements of surface tension,adsorp-tion,contact angle and X-ray pliotoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),the inter-action mechanism of the composite collectors with rutile was studied in de-tail.It seemed that while the SFA molecules chemically adsorbed on the rut-ile surface,the aliphatic alcohols associated with SPA in such a way thattheir hydrocarbon tails orientated towards water phase. In this way rutilesurface hydrophobicity was enhanced and its flotation response improved.
