有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液合成及应用研究

摘    要:将八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)预乳化后民多组分的丙烯酸酯共聚,得到有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液,当D4用量为9.8%时,获得的乳液性能最好,将改性乳液的性能与未改性乳液进行比较,改性乳液的综合性能得到了提高;用改性丙烯酸酯乳液对羊毛等织物进行处理,织物的抗起毛和抗起球性能得到了改善。

Abstract:An organic silicone modified polyacrylate emulsion was prepared with D4 and acrylates. D4 was emulsified first. The obtained emulsion with 9.8 % D4 can give the best properties. Compared with common polyacrylate emulsion, the comprehensive properties of the modified polyacrylate emulsion were improved greatly. Being finishing agent for wool, the emulsion can give anti-hair and anti-balling effect.
