摘    要:云南楚雄多底河水电站为亚洲第三高水头电站,压力钢管采用高厚度的国产15MnNbR钢,而国内对这种材质的钢材大批量用于制作水电站压力钢管的焊接工艺正处于探索阶段.通过5MnNbR钢材的特性及配套焊接材料的分析,确定钢板的焊接工艺,同时对焊接工艺进行了坡口的加工、焊接材料和焊接方法与顺序等方面的评定.焊接工艺对高水头电站压力钢管采用高厚度15MnNbR钢的焊接质量具有一定的借鉴和指导作用.

Abstract:Duodihe Power Station in Cuxiong,Yunnan Province is the third largest high waterhead power station in Asia.The steel penstocks adopted are all domestic made 15MnNbR high thickness steel,while the welding technology of this kind of domestic steel is in exploring phase,especially for mass production as high waterhead steel penstock used in power stations.The paper talks about the welding techniques based on the characteristics of 15MnNbR steel and the mating materials.The evaluation of weld technology and procedure is also discussed in the aspects of groove treating and operating order.
