神经网络技术在油田防砂中的应用及发展方向分析

摘    要:神经网络技术是基于神经科学研究成果而发展起来的边缘学科,对人工神经网络的应用研究已渗透到许多领域,在石油工业中也经常见到有关的报道。以神经网络在防砂方法优选中的应用为例,介绍了神经网络知识获取、训练学习、优选过程等原理及其实际应用效果。最后,探讨了神经网络技术在岩石力学参数计算、出砂预测、防砂施工参数优选等方面应用的可行性及发展前景,提出了该技术在防砂中的发展方向。

Abstract:The artificial neural network technique is a marginal discipline based on nerve science research, which is applied in many domains including petroleum industry.An example of sand control method optimization system with artificial neural network is introduced in this paper.It realizes knowledge acquisition,training and learning,optimization and identification and its effect in field application.Lastly,the feasibility of neural network application in rock mechanics parameter calculation,sanding predication,sand control job parameter optimization and the tendency of this technique are discussed.
