摘    要:结合水电工程建设中施工开挖的分类,分析了施工开挖对生态环境的影响,如水土流失、潜在地质灾害增加等,并阐述了岩石力学在生态环境保护中的作用,提出了水电工程设计施工过程中应注意事项,以期引起相关部门及工作人员重视。

Abstract:Combined with the classification of construction excavation on the hydropower construction, it analyzes the influence of construction excavation to the ecological environment, such as the soil and water losses, the potential geological disaster increase and so on. It presents the function of the rock mechanics for the protection of ecological environment to proposal the points for attention for the hydropower project design construction to cause the attention from the relevant department and staff.
