| Abstract: | The paper analyzed problems existing in gasoline hydrogenation unit of Zhenhai coking plant in course of three years since start - up of the unit, and solved some puzzles influ- encing long period operation of the unit, such as fluctuation on reaction temperature, pressure drop raise of the system, excessively high energy consumption, serious loss of amine liquid, re- fined naphtha with moisture content and etc. by means of optimizing continuously work condi- tions. |
