村民参与为主体的美丽乡村环境建设 ——以湖北红安县柏林寺村为例

从风景园林学科角度,对中国现有美丽乡村建设中环境景观规划设计模式进行分析总结,发现大多数美丽乡村建设都是基于乡村本身,具有一定的自然或人文资源,加以科学规划设计与策划运营,使乡村成功转型升级。但是我国大部分乡村地处偏远、资源匮乏,在预算有限、物资缺乏的情况下,乡村环境景观设计首先应符合实际情况,其规划设计原则首先是经济性、可持续性,然后才是美学要求。以湖北红安县柏林寺村为例,探索在共同缔造理念下,如何充分发挥村民在美丽乡村环境景观设计与建设中的主体性、积极性与创造性,让村民对乡村振兴有归属感、责任感和认同感。

Villagers’ Participation in the Construction of Beautiful Rural Environment——Taking Bolin Temple Village in Hong’an County,Hubei as the Example

From the perspective of landscape architecture,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing environmental landscape planning and design modes in the construction of beautiful rural areas in China.It is found that most beautiful rural constructions are based on the village itself with certain natural or human resources,and are scientifically planned,designed and operated,successfully transforming and upgrading the village.But most of China's rural areas are remote and resources are scarce.With the limited budget and lack of materials,the design of rural environmental landscape should first meet the actual situation,and the principles of planning and design are economic,sustainable,and then aesthetic requirements.This article takes Bolin Temple Village in Hong'an County,Hubei as the example,and explores how to give full play to the subjectivity,enthusiasm,and creativity of villagers in the design and construction of beautiful rural environmental landscapes under the concept of co-creation,so that villagers would have a sense of belonging,responsibility and recognition for rural revitalization.
