节段预制拼装桥梁接缝的承载力及分析方法

摘    要:对目前节段式桥梁接缝的弯曲承载力、弯剪耦合承载力和直剪承载力分析方法进行梳理及分析。提出接缝M-V承载力曲线的概念,并建立接缝承载力分析的统一方法。以某分三段胶结的大悬臂盖梁为例,说明统一方法的分析过程,分析结果表明:统一方法综合考虑接缝的抗弯承载力、弯剪耦合承载力和直剪承载力,对节段式梁接缝的承载力设计计算有较好的适用性和明确的物理意义;混凝土强度等级、接缝处理方式、受拉区预应力钢筋弯起角度等参数均对接缝的承载能力曲线有较大的影响;接缝抵抗直剪破坏的能力较强,一般情况下均在弯剪耦合承载力之上。

Abstract:The analysis methods of bending bearing capacity,bending shear coupling bearing capacity&direct shear bearing capacity of segmental bridge joints are reviewed&analyzed.The concept of joint M-V bearing capacity curve is put forward,and the unified method of joint bearing capacity analysis is established.Taking a large cantilever cover beam with three sections of cementation as an example,the analysis process of the unified method is illustrated.The results show that the unified method takes into account the bending bearing capacity,bending shear coupling bearing capacity&direct shear bearing capacity of the joint,which has better applicability&clear physical significance for the design&calculation of the bearing capacity of the joint of segmental beam;the parameters such as concrete strength grade,joint treatment&bending angle of prestressed steel bar in tension area all have great influence on the bearing capacity curve of joint;the joint has a strong resistance to direct shear failure,which is generally above the bending shear coupling capacity.
