| 摘 要： | 概括了3氯4氟硝基苯的合成方法,采用正交实验法对3氯4氟硝基苯合成方法中的关键工序氟化工艺进行研究,获得了相转移催化剂作用下较佳的氟化反应工艺参数,并介绍了其在药物合成上的一些应用。

| Abstract: | The synthetic technologies of 3-chlorine-4-fluoronitrobenzene are summarized.As the key procedure of the synthesis of 3-chlorine-4-fluoronitrobenzene,the fluorination is studied by orthogonal experiment method,and the optimum technical parameters are obtained in the present of phase transfer catalyst.The application of 3-chlorine-4-fluoronitrobenzene in the medicine synthesis is presented as well. |
