分散控制系统可靠性影响因素分析及测试技术

摘    要:说明了开展分散控制系统可靠性影响因素分析与测试技术研究的必要性,认为容错与冗余配置、网络配置与性能、抗干扰能力、接地条件及事件顺序记录功能等为分散控制系统可靠性的主要影响因素。分别对这些影响因素进行了分析,介绍了分散控制系统可靠性测试试验项目、方法,并给出了提高分散控制系统可靠性的建议。

Abstract:Illustrated the necessity of reliability factors analysis and testing on distributed control system, thought that fault tolerance and redundancy configuration, network configuration and performance, anti-interference ability, ground conditions, and the event sequence recording function for the distributed control system, were the main influence factors of the system's reliability. Each of these factors were analyzed, the distributed control system reliability test projects and methods were given, the improving suggestion of distributed control system reliability was also provided.
