| 摘 要： | 随着工业的发展，电网中的谐波越来越严重，本文研制了一种能同时测量基波电能和谐波电能的新型电能表，根据谐波电能值能够确定用户是否是谐波源和谐波水平，介绍了电能表的结构和测量原理，推导了快速准同步采样方法的计算公式，最后给出了国家计量科学研究院的测试结果。

| Abstract: | A new type of watt hour meter which can measure fundamental and harmonics energy synchronously has been developed. The harmonics energy level can be used to determine whether a load is the source of harmonics and its harmonic level. The construction and measurement principle of watt hour meter are introduced in this paper. The calculation formulas of the fast quasi synchronism sampling method are deduced. Finally, the test results are given by the National Institute of Metrology. |
