大功率GTO门极驱动电路的优化设计与仿真分析

摘    要:提出了一种适用于大功率GTO、带有自保护的门极驱动电路,阐述了该电路的设计思想.主要依据以及工作原理,并对该电路用Pspice进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果证实了该电路的优良性能.

Abstract:Puts forwards a driver circuit which suits for high power GTO,have self-protection device,states the design idea,main foundation and work principle of this circuit,simulates the circuit with Pspice,simulation results validate the good performance of this circuit.
