基于ANSYS二次开发的锥壳开孔接管结构参数化有限元分析系统

摘    要:
以ANSYS12.0为开发平台,Visual Basic 6.0和APDL语言为开发工具,实现了锥壳开孔接管结构的参数化有限元分析系统。该系统通过输入锥壳及接管的相应设计参数,可迅速得到不同载荷工况下分析结构的应力强度分布,进一步应用分析设计标准进行应力强度评定。系统的开发有效地提高了设计效率,为此类结构安全评定和优化设计提供有效依据。

Abstract:
Taking ANSYS12.0 as the development platform and both VB 6.0 and APDL as the development tool,the parametric F.E.analysis system for the conical shell nozzle structure was developed,which has the conical shell and nozzle' s design parameters entered so as to obtain stress intensity distribution of the structure under different loads and to assess the stress intensity according to the analysis design criteria.The system development can improve the design efficiency and provide the basis for safety assessment and optimal design of the conical shell with nozzle structure.
