屯兰矿18405综放面沿空留巷过断层支护技术

摘    要:针对屯兰矿18405综放工作面沿空留巷过SF215正断层时围岩变形大、支护困难、易发生冒顶和片帮等问题,基于该矿地质条件和实际生产情况,提出超前注浆加固沿空留巷顶板围岩并结合“加密锚索+锚杆+铁丝网+工字钢+单体支柱”的联合支护方法。现场实测表明:采用本文所提支护方案进行支护后,断层附近沿空留巷围岩控制效果显著,确保了18405工作面安全回采。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of serious surrounding rock deformation,difficult support,roof fall and rib spalling during crossing SF215 normal fault at18405 fully-mechanized working face of Tunlan Colliery,the author proposes the joint supporting method of advanced grouting to strengthen the surrounding rock of the roof in retaining roadway along goaf and combined support with reinforced anchor-cable,bolt,wire net,I-typed beam and single pillar,which can guarantee the safety mining with a significant effect on the surrounding rock control.
