深井软岩大巷深孔爆破卸压机理及工程应用

摘    要:针对深井高应力软岩巷道变形量大、返修时间短的特点,提出巷道基角深孔爆破卸压方法和设计原理,并在淮南矿业集团谢桥矿进行了现场试验。对比试验表明,高应力软岩巷道基角卸压在巷道掘进初期对围岩变形速度、变形量及稳定时间得到了很好的控制,表明深部爆破卸压可以充分改变围岩应力状态。

Abstract:To the characteristics of great deformation and short repair period of soft rock opeings under high stresses, destressing measure of base comer deep hole blasting and design principle are suggested. Corresponding in situ tests are carried out in Xieqiao Mine of Huainan Mining Group. It is indicated that base comer blasting distressing is advantageous for rock deformation speed in the initial stage of excavation and the amount of deformation and stability time are controlled well. Thus, stress state of rocks can be changed by deep blasting.
