With the increasing concern of government and the public concern on energy-saving and environmental protection, Shanghai are coming into an important period of green electric power development. This paper introduces the purchase and sale principle and operating model for Shanghai green electric power. The general condition of our country's green electric power and successful experience from foreign country are analyzed. Several considerations and advices concerning Shanghai green electric power development are suggested.
