摘    要:在分析脉冲平面热源法测量导热系数原理的基础上,应用脉冲法测定保温涂料室温下的导热系数,通过O rigin7.0对ierfc(λ)公式查表数据进行曲线拟合,再将经过迭代后的拟合曲线表达式输入Excel中进行了数据处理和计算,避免了查表误差和手动计算,提高了计算效率和精准度,可准确、快捷地获得材料的导热系数、导温系数和比热容。

Abstract:The principle of thermal conductivity measurement which based on pulse plane heat source method was analyzed. By using the pulse plane heat source method, thermal conductivity of insulation coating was measured at room temperature. Origin7.0 software was utilized for curve fitting instead of looking up a data in table of the formula ierfe (λ), and the expression of iterative curve fitting was input in Excel to carry out data processing and computing. The calculation error is avoided and the efficiency and accuracy of the calculation are improved. Thermal conductivity,thermal diffusivity and specific heat are gotten fast and accurately.
