神经网络方法在洞室施工期应力及变形预测中的应用及其改进

摘    要:在有限元法计算结果的基础上,用神经网络方法对洞室施工期应力及变形进行预测。对BP神经网络算法进行了适当的改进,并提出了几种新的改进方法,得到了良好的效果。所得的结论具有较高的拟合精度,并有实用价值。

Abstract:The stresses and deformations of rocks during tunnel excavation are predicted using an ANN approach based on results of FEM simulation. The algorithm of the BP network technique is improved appropriately. Several new improving methods are developed and lead to good results. The approach proposed in this paper can obtain more accurate and more suitable results for practical applications.
