| 摘 要： | 介绍了CAXA制造工程师在数控加工制造中的应用,具体步骤为:首先用其CAD功能生成3D模型;再用其CAM功能自动生成数控加工程序及刀具轨迹,并进行仿真加工后再校核、修订,从而获得优化的实际生产结果,说明用CAD/CAM技术可以实现缩短设计和制造周期,达到提高零件加工质量的目的.

| Abstract: | Applying the technology of CAD /CAM to numerical control process of the magnifiers mould,it introduces the specific process of CAXA production engineer in the application of numerical control process.The process first builds the 3D mould with CAD function of CAXA product engineer.This mode can well make the track of cutting tool automatically,and gains the optimized practical processing route by checking and amending after simulating process.The example shows that the CAD /CAM can not only reduce the designing and producing time,but also increase the quality of the product design process. |
