大型全氧玻璃窑炉烤窑过程研究

摘    要:依据大型800t/d全氧燃烧玻璃窑炉烤窑升温过程实际控制经验,从窑炉砌筑质量以及配套耐材方案入手,重点介绍了合理适配烤窑方案,并提出当今大型全氧玻璃熔窑烤窑过程控制难点及应对新措施。

Abstract:Based on the practical control experience of temperature rise process of large-scale 800 t/d oxyfuel glass furnace, starting from the quality of furnace masonry and supporting refractory material scheme, this paper mainly introduces the reasonable matching baking kiln scheme, and puts forward the new measures to deal with the difficulties in the baking process control of large-scale oxyglass furnace.
