摘    要:研究了不同含量的Al2O3对电子玻璃高温黏度和析晶性能的影响。结果表明,随着氧化铝含量的增加,电子玻璃的高温黏度、成型温度均降低,但析晶黏度减小,与成型的砖尖黏度差值减小,不利于溢流下拉成型。

Abstract:The effect of various Al2O3 content on the high temperature viscosity and devitrification of the electronic glass was studied. Results show that the high temperature viscosity and forming temperature of the electronic glass decrease with the increase of alumina content. However, the reduction of the crystallization viscosity and the decrease of the viscosity difference between crystallization and forming brick end will make difficult to overflow down-draw process.
