自配复合型防霉剂对变色移膜革防霉效果的研究

摘    要:根据所报道的各种防霉剂特性,自配了针对变色移膜革的复合型防霉剂。从霉变的变色移膜革上分离出各种霉菌,在验证了单成分防霉剂防霉效果的基础上,试验各成分的最佳组合。通过抑菌圈法、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法及皮革厂实际应用,证实该自配复合型防霉剂对变色移膜革有较好的防霉效果。

Abstract:A combined antifungal agent for color-deterioration transfer coating leather was prepared based on the properties of different antifungal provided by references. Some strains of fungi were separated and purified from the color deterioration transfer coating leather. The antifungal activity of each single compound was tested, based on which the optimal combination of the antifungal agents was investigated. It is proved that the self-made combined antifungal agent has good antifungal effect, by the inhibition zone assay, minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) assay and the practical application in tannery.
