| 摘 要： | 针对某中央空调系统制冷效果变差的现象,通过感、测、析、定、修等基本方法,对制冷系统堵塞、压缩机机械故障、制冷剂泄漏等逐一进行了分析和排查,最终判定是由于排气阀泄露所致,经对症处理后系统恢复正常。此事故的处理过程和方法说明掌握故障现象与原因的对比分析方法对设备系统日常维护有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem of worsened refrigerating performance of one central air conditioning system,the refrigeration system occlusion,compressors mechanism malfunctions and refrigerants leakage,etc.were analyzed in detail and examined by means of sense,measuring instruments,analysis,fault location,maintenance,etc.The result shows that worsened refrigerating performance was caused by exhaust valves leakage and the process and methods of default handling are of great importance to repair and routine maintenance of equipment system. |
