摘    要:为了评价宝山钢铁股份有限公司2号烧结机所用点火炉的点火特性,利用铠装热电偶进行了热工测试及分析,为淘汰点火能耗虽然很低,但综合能耗和效果并不是最佳的线型烧嘴点火炉提供了依据。同时,通过进一步的热工测试及对比,为双斜带式烧嘴点火保温炉的进一步优化提出了方向。

Abstract:The thermal and ignition characteristics of ignition furnaces used for the sintering machine No.2 of Baosteel were measured by armoured thermocouple and analyzed. The results show that the energy consumption of the linear burner ignition furnace but its combination property is not optimal. The optimization of double-sloping girdle burner ignition furnace was presented.
