摘    要:将具有固定反馈次数的M/G/1排队模型扩充到一般情况,即每个顾客总共接受m次服务,每次服务时间的分布函数各不相同,将第i次接受服务的顾客视为Ci类顾客. 给出了顾客从进入系统到完成所有m次服务后离开系统时为止,在系统中总逗留时间的Laplace Stieltjes变换, 为通信系统的建模分析提供了方便实用的分析工具.

Abstract:The M/G/1 queueing system with fixed times of feedbacks was expanded to a generalized situation, i.e., every customer accepted total m times of services, and the distribution function of every service time was different from each other. A customer on his i-th service was regarded as a classCi-customer. The Laplace-Stieltjes Transform of the total sojourn time of a customer defined as the duration from the customer arrival until the departure from the system was presented. Therefore, a useful tool is provided for modeling analysis of communication systems.
