等离子熔覆铁基涂层的组织及冲蚀磨损研究

摘    要:采用等离子熔覆法制备了铁基涂层.研究了涂层的组织结构,测试了涂层的显微硬度及耐冲蚀磨损性能,并利用扫描电镜对涂层显微组织、冲蚀表面形貌进行了分析.结果表明:涂层显微硬度是基体材料不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的2倍,最高达到550,涂层冲蚀后质量损失是不锈钢对比试样1Cr18Ni9Ti和0Cr13Ni5Mo的1/2左右.

Abstract:Using Fe alloy powders as raw materials, coating was made on 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel substrate by plasma arc cladding. The microstructural morphology and the phase structure were studied in detail. The properties of microhardness and erosion resistance of coating were investigated. The characterizations of microstructure and surface morphology of coatings were analyzed by SEM. The results indicated that Fe alloy coating showed better properties not only in hardness but also in resistance of erosion than that of stainless steel substrate. Microhardness reached to 550, about 2 times that of stainless steel substrate. Erosion rate reduced about half for conventional 1Cr18NigTi and 0Cr13Ni5Mo steel.
