| 摘 要： | 以赛米控(SEMIKRON)公司的SKiiP功率模块为功率器件设计了标准化的模块化逆变器,文中给出了模块化逆变器的各个部分的设计方法,介绍了SKiiP功率模块的特性和驱动接口,对直流母排、电解电容和吸收电容的设计方法以及风扇的选取等均进行了介绍,控制系统采取分层控制策略的思想;整个系统具有结构紧凑,可靠性高,并具有较高的效率和易扩展性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a module inverter based on power switch SkiiP is presented.Each functional module is designed and introduced,the character of SkiiP module and its interface is introduced explicitly.The DC busbar,electrolytic capacitors,snubber capacitors and radial fan is selected according to the solution and precept,a distributed and level control architecture is adopted to the module inverter.The feature of the modular power system is stable,highly efficiency,expandable and general. |
