基于ANSYS的CLX3型胶轮矿用铲运机前机架强度分析

摘    要:基于动力学分析理论,利用ANSYS有限元分析平台,建立了矿用铲运机前机架的有限元分析模型。针对铲运机空载和满载时的2种常见工况,提取前机架的动力学载荷,研究其结构强度,得出了前机架应力分布情况,最终确定了危险部位。通过对前机架结构局部改进,提高了前机架整体强度。最终分析结果表明,前机架的强度和刚度可以满足实际工作需要,为前机架的局部改进提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on the theory of dynamic analysis and using the ANSYS flat of finite element analysis,the finite element model of front frame of mine-used forklift was established.For the two common conditions-fully loaded and without load,by extracting the dynamic loads of the front frame,its strength was researched.The stress field and the dangerous position were found.By improving the form of the frame,the strength of the front frame was enhanced.The analysis result indicates that the strength and stiffness can satisfy the work condition of the front frame and it provides bases for the improvement partly of the front frame.
