基于PC-DMIS和Matlab的斜齿轮齿向误差测量与评定

摘    要:基于斜齿轮齿向误差定义,给出一种齿向误差测量与评定方法。利用三坐标测量机获得齿轮分度圆柱面上点的坐标,在Matlab中用3次样条函数拟合出实际齿向线,得到线性拟合直线,并通过绘制拟合残差图,获得斜齿轮齿向线的位置误差和形状误差。通过测量实验,验证了该方法的可行性。具有数据采集效率高、评定方法简便、测量结果精确等特点。

Abstract:A method of tooth trace error measurement and evaluation is given on the basis of the definition of tooth trace error of helical gear.The coordinates of points in pitch circle of gear are obtained by using three-coordinate measurement machine.The actual gear alignment curve is fitted with cubic spline function in Matlab,and a linear fitting line can be obtained by programming.Then the position error and form error of tooth alignment curve of helical gear can be achieved by drawing a fitting residual error curve.The feasibility of this method is verified by measurement experiment.It has some advantages,such as high efficiency of data acquisition,simple evaluation method and accurate measurement results.
