摘    要:基于大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS,通过建立有限元模型,分别模拟了45钢带状切屑形成的动态过程,并分析了切削过程中切削速度、进给率、背吃刀量三要素对切削力的影响规律。

Abstract:Based on large finite element software ABAQUS,through the establishment of the finite element model,simulate the dynamic process of 45 steel ribbon cuttings serrated chip formation respectively,and analyze the influence law of cutting speed,feed rate and back cutting depth on cutting force.
