裂解连杆夹钳机构动力学仿真及试验

摘    要:介绍了裂解连杆自动化生产线步进梁机械手夹钳机构。采用机械系统仿真软件AD-AMS,对连杆夹钳手部的工作过程进行一系列动力学仿真。根据仿真结果,对手部进行结构优化,确定连杆与定位夹具间隙的最佳值,从而确保夹钳满足夹持传送仿真中的基本设计要求。根据优化结果,进行了直连杆夹钳手部的物理试验,试验证明:当夹具间隙大于0.15mm,大小头孔倒角大于0.5mm×45°时,直连杆夹钳手部工作稳定可靠,夹持效果好。
