摘    要:以固体碱催化剂LiNO_3/ZrO_2催化大豆油甲醇解反应,探讨催化剂制备条件和反应条件对大豆油转化率影响。实验结果表明:LiNO_3/ZrO_2催化大豆油甲醇解最适制备条件和反应条件是:负载量3 mmol/g,煅烧温度923 K,醇油摩尔比12:1,催化剂用量6.0wt.%,反应时间5 h,最高转化率可达95.24%。

Abstract:The solid base catalyst LiNO_3/ZrO_2 was prepared and was found efficient for the transesteri- fication of soybean oil with methanol in this thesis.The effects of catalyst preparation conditions and reaction conditions were investigated.The results showed that the appreciate conditions were:loading amount 3 retool/g,calcinations temperature 923 K,methanol/oil mole ratio 12:1,catalyst amount 6 wt.%,reaction time 5 h.Under these optimum conditions,the maximum conversion of 95.24% was obtained.
