| 摘 要： | 青海省"三江源"地区是我国重要的高原湿地和水源涵养地,也是生态非常脆弱、生态问题突出的地区之一.保护好"三江源"地区的生态与环境不仅对民族地区的经济发展和社会稳定有利,而且对支持长江、黄河、澜沧江中下游地区的可持续发展意义重大.对保护好"三江源"地区的生态与环境,提出了对策和建议.

| Abstract: | "Three river sources" areas in Qinghai province are important conserves of water sources and plateau wetlands, where are the most ecologically rigid area in the country. Protecting "three river sources" areas and local environment is not only beneficial for the economic development and social stability of minority areas, but also of significant meaning to the sustainable development of the Yangtze River, Yellow River and Lancangjiang River. Measures and recommendations are suggested for protecting ecosystem and environment of "three river sources" areas. |
