| Abstract: | San Sha takes the adventage of natural sheltered bay and good location for harbour development. The land side is a mountainous region with shortage of land. In the harbour planning scheme the rock resources of the mountains are exploited extensively to make land reclamation which leads to a parallel development of new city center and new comprehensive harbour and therefore leads the city and the harbour more open to the world. |
